Estos términos aplican a los servicios, el sitio web y la app de reservas de RG Barbershop LLC. Al reservar o usar nuestros servicios aceptas estos términos.

Citas

• Puedes reservar en línea, por teléfono o pasar sin cita según disponibilidad.
• Te pedimos llegar a tiempo. Si llegas tarde, puede que tengamos que acortar el servicio o moverte a otra hora.
• Si no puedes venir, cancela o cambia tu cita lo antes posible desde el enlace que te enviamos.

Depósitos, cancelaciones y faltas

Algunas citas pueden pedir un pago o depósito al reservar. Si cancelas a tiempo se devuelve según lo que indique la reserva. Si no te presentas, el depósito puede no ser reembolsable.

Precios y pagos

Los precios pueden variar por barbería y por barbero, y pueden cambiar sin aviso. Aceptamos efectivo, tarjeta (procesada por Stripe), Apple Pay, Zelle y Cash App según la barbería. Las propinas son voluntarias.

Mensajes

Al reservar aceptas recibir mensajes sobre tu cita (confirmación, recordatorio y encuesta) por WhatsApp o texto. Pueden aplicar cargos de tu compañía telefónica. Responde “STOP” para dejar de recibirlos.

Conducta

Nos reservamos el derecho de negar el servicio a quien se comporte de forma irrespetuosa o insegura.

Responsabilidad

Hacemos nuestro mejor trabajo en cada servicio. Si no quedas satisfecho, avísanos el mismo día para buscar una solución. Nuestra responsabilidad se limita al precio del servicio pagado.

El uso de tus datos se explica en nuestra Política de privacidad.

Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, EE. UU., para las barberías en Florida, y por las leyes de la República Dominicana para la barbería de Puerto Plata.

These terms apply to the services, website and booking app of RG Barbershop LLC. By booking or using our services you agree to these terms.

Appointments

• You can book online, by phone, or walk in subject to availability.
• Please arrive on time. If you are late, we may need to shorten the service or move you to another time.
• If you can't make it, cancel or reschedule as early as possible using the link we send you.

Deposits, cancellations and no-shows

Some appointments may require a payment or deposit when booking. Timely cancellations are refunded as stated in the booking. If you don't show up, the deposit may be non-refundable.

Prices and payments

Prices may vary by location and barber and may change without notice. We accept cash, card (processed by Stripe), Apple Pay, Zelle and Cash App depending on the location. Tips are voluntary.

Messages

By booking you agree to receive messages about your appointment (confirmation, reminder and survey) by WhatsApp or SMS. Carrier rates may apply. Reply “STOP” to opt out.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disrespectfully or unsafely.

Liability

We do our best work on every service. If you are not satisfied, let us know the same day so we can make it right. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, for the Florida locations, and by the laws of the Dominican Republic for the Puerto Plata location.
